"I just had my first initial appointment last night with Meagan and it was amazing! I went in feeling a little bit anxious because it’s a sensitive topic for me to discuss. But she is so friendly, open & accepting. She listened to every word I had to say. She didn’t make me feel any guilt, if anything she reassured me! She has so much knowledge that I cannot wait to dive further into! 10/10 would recommend her to ANYONE looking to learn about Nutrition & Health! I can't thank her enough!"

Michelle became a Certified Intuitive Eating Counselor under supervision from the Original Intuitive Eating Pro Evelyn Tribole MS, RDN, CEDRD-S. She is currently a member of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the New Hampshire Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics, the Behavioral Health Nutrition Dietetic Practice Group and the Nutrition Entrepreneurs Dietetic Practice Group.

I am forever grateful for Michelle. I originally reached out in February 2021 and worked with Meagan for a session or two. She mentioned someone else was joining her team who would be a good fit for me, and was she right! Michelle has changed my life for the better over the last two years. When I first reached out, I had been yo-yo dieting, eating for my emotions, and trying any diet possible to lose a few pounds only to then gain even more back. So I had hoped for a strict nutrition plan to get me to lose weight and keep it off. However, Meagan mentioned intuitive eating and I dove head first into it without looking back. Michelle has helped me understand intuitive eating, overcome diet culture, break diet rules that society has set, and love myself + my body as it is! I used to look in the mirror and hate the person looking back because I would only see the flaws… now I look in the mirror and see someone I love regardless of society norms or what the scale says! I used to feel guilty for eating a cookie and then would eat more than I wanted to because I “already broke diet plan” so I might as well go all in. Now I can have a cookie and truly enjoy it without feeling shame or guilt around it. Working with Michelle is like talking with a good friend who is trying to help you be the best you can be. When there are periods of life that happen and I take a stumble backwards, Michelle is right there to encourage me and help develop a plan to get me back on track!
